Happy Belated Easter! I hope everyone had as much fun as we did! What a great weekend! Sunday we had Easter dinner at our place, with two of the other professors from Morris. Cynthia May (she may or may not) the biology prof and Anne (known as Dr. O) the other math teacher. So many different beliefs and such interesting people and conversation. Anne, is Orthodox and she had been to mass in Columbia, from midnight to 4 a.m. and after their service they have the blessing of the food. They have fasted so some length of time and all bring baskets to share and they also have special blessed bread they can share with unOrthodox people, so she brought us each some of the food and especially the bread. Cynthia, made the cutest rabbit carrot cake. She had a mother rabbit with two babies nursing on her and a father rabbit cake.

Monday, Cynthia came back to borrow a movie she wanted to use in one of her classes and I had a roast on, so invited her to stay. While the roast was cooking and she was hunting for video she put all the tapes in Keith's office in alphabetical order! Something I have attempted but gave up on. We all enjoyed the roast with left overs from Sunday and finished off the carrot cake! All in all it was one of the nicest Easter's I've had since arriving here. The others have been fun, but for some reason this one was so relaxing and enjoyable.

So, as I said.... I hope everyone else got to enjoy the weekend as much as we did.
